Trying to keep active during self-isolation is one of the toughest things to do, especially when it comes to kids. All they want to do is play on their Xbox and watch movies all day long, and we honestly can't blame them. The little luxuries are helping us through these trying times, but remaining active is essential, for both our mental and physical health.
Walking, jogging or even dancing around the kitchen is helping ease our anxiety and boosts our mood too.
We were thrilled to hear that fitness guru Joe Wicks will be starting online P.E classes next week. The dad-of-two revealed the exciting project on Instagram this week.
He wrote: "PE WITH JOE starting Monday morning at 9am on my YOUTUBE channel: The Body Coach TV. I’m going to be the Nations PE teacher everyday Monday to Friday at 9am."
"Please please share this with as many people as you can. Our kids need this more than ever. Share it on your stories, your wall, your Twitter, whatsapp and school newsletters. Thank you," he added.
P.E with Joe sounds like such a fantastic project and we certainly cannot wait for the kids to give it a whirl!
