Burley Lodge Equestrian Centre

Burley Lodge Equestrian Centre is a family run riding centre set in 180 acres of land in Shinfield, Reading, Berkshire.

We are a 'BHS Approved Centre' and have gained the Highly Commended status from our inspection.

At Burley Lodge we are passionate about providing quality instruction alongside exceptional horse care.

We offer riding lessons tailored to your requirements; from hacking to private and group lessons. All abilities are welcome, from children aged 4+ to adult riders, from casual to those wishing to gain professional qualifications.

If you are new to riding, Burley Lodge Equestrian Centre will provide a safe and enriching setting in which to develop. We believe that by learning a comprehensive grounding of the skills involved with riding and by progressing at the rider’s pace, that our personalised tuition achieves maximum results.

For the more advanced rider, Burley Lodge offers exceptional facilities in which to improve your flatwork, jumping and cross-county. We offer training towards BHS examinations (including for working pupils), riding and training clinics and school holiday events.

We also offer Modern Apprenticeship Schemes and NV Qualifications.
