At Matlock Bath Aquarium there is rather more than one would expect, with the 50 species rich aquarium itself accompanied by thermal carp pool, a rare Petrifying Well, Gemstone And Fossil display, vast collection of vintage chinaware and a regional history exhibition!
The Thermal Pool is fed by a warm spring and illuminated at night, containing plentiful common carp, mirror carp and koi.
Opening times
Open daily from Easter- End of October 10am- 5.30pm (Times extended during High Season and Holiday Periods)
Our Winter opening hours are: Weekends from 10am- 5pm
Prices
£2.90 per person. Children aged 4 and under are free.
