The Christmas lights have gone up in Liverpool city centre and it won’t be long before the countdown to the festive season begins.
With Halloween and Bonfire Night still to come you might not want to think about Christmas just yet, but for those who like to plan ahead we’ve put together this guide to what's coming up over the next few weeks as December 25 approaches.
Get these dates in your diary:
The lights throughout the city centre will be switched on at around 6pm on Friday, November 7.
They will be switched off for an entire day on November 11 to mark Remembrance Day.
The lights on the Church Street Christmas tree won’t be switched on until November 20.
