About

The Highland Wildlife Park is the perfect place for a fun and educational family day out.

The Highland Wildlife Park is now home to over 200 amazing animals including native Scottish species as well as rare and endangered animals from the world's mountains and tundra regions.

Run by The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, the park also holds daily talks and has a range of exciting attractions such as Woodland Walk and Wolf Wood.

Opening times

The park is open every day of the year* apart from the 25th of December.

April to October - 10:00am to 5:00pm (last entry 4:00pm)

July to August - 10:00am to 6:00pm (last entry 5:00pm)

November to March - 10:00am to 4:00pm (last entry 3:00pm)

*Winter opening:

On days with deep snow and ice, please telephone the park before starting out on your journey to avoid disappointment (01540 651270).
