The ‘LolliBop Live’ stage will play host to some of the biggest names in kids’ entertainment. There will be performances from ZingZilla’s, Jassa Aluwahlia (Art Attack) and The Mr Men & Little Miss Party Roadshow. TV favourites Dick and Dom will also be entertaining the crowds and Shrek the Musical will be making a special appearance on the Sunday with a performance from the award-winning show.
A new addition to the LolliBop festival is the ‘LolliBop Kitchen’ where kiddies will have the chance to learn new skills from live demonstrations and interactive workshops. There will also be a new ‘Tween Town’ area for older kids where there will be street dance, hula-hooping, magic and beat-boxing workshops, plus an older arts and crafts tent and a laser room.
Also new to the festival is ‘LolliBop Animal Curiosities’ which will feature a polar bear, a dinosaur, and gorillas. ‘The Disco Shed’ will have mini boppers showing off their best dance moves while ‘The Village Green’ is the perfect place to chill out and enjoy some street theatre.
The Science Museum will be returning to Regent’s Park with an expanded area and dedicated Science Zone. The ‘3ft & Under’ area is also coming back and confirmed activities include a mini disco, tiny play, little arts, baby ballet, yoga, teddy bears picnic and sing and sign. Other favourites returning this year include ‘LolliSports’, ‘Imagination Station’, ‘Itsy Bitsy Strictly’ and ‘The Enchanted Forest’.
And if all that wasn’t enough there will be tradition activities like arts and crafts, face painting and workshops. Food and drink stalls will be set up to recharge your batteries after all the fun.
All of the activities, stages and events are included in the entry ticket price, which starts at £22 per person.
