She proudly posed for stunning nude maternity shoots for both of her pregnancies, but it seems Abbey Clancy’s journey to motherhood wasn’t all picture-perfect.

The 30-year-old model and presenter has spoken candidly about her experience with pregnancy, admitting that she ‘hated it’.

Abbey, who is mum to five-year-old Sophia and one-year-old Liberty, made the comments during an interview with Your Fitness magazine.

“I was sick for nine months, exhausted, had awful headaches, and on some days I was completely bedridden,” she revealed.

Thankfully, Abbey was able to get some relief after turning to exercise for her ailments.

“My back was so sore, but I found yoga helped,” she added.

Abbey is known for her incredible figure, and the mum-of-two revealed that it comes down to a mixture of a fast metabolism and her aversion to sitting still.

“The only time I sit down is when I go to bed,” she said, crediting reformer Pilates and family bike rides with keeping her fit.

Abbey has been married to footballer Peter Crouch for five years,
