Now, as One Direction star Louis Tomlinson’s baby news sinks in, the father of pregnant Briana Jungwirth has shared a worrying insight into the stylist’s current emotional state.
Amid a tidal wave of anger and abuse from heartbroken One Direction fans, Joe Jungwirth revealed that his 23-year-old daughter is ‘stressed’ by the situation.
Confirming that the pregnancy was not planned, Joe told MailOnline.com: “Briana’s really shy; she’s strong but shy, she’s tough but shy and she’s having a tough time with it.”
“It’s stressing her out right now, she’s texting me all the time. Now that she’s out of her mother’s house she’s a little bit better, but she really doesn’t like any of this stuff,” he added.
According to reports, Briana is hiding out in a hotel. Concerned dad Joe admitted that all the publicity has proven ‘overwhelming’ for her. He was also adamant that he and his family will support Briana throughout her journey at this stressful time.
Singer Louis has yet to publicly address the pregnancy reports.
