The last thing any mum wants is to receive a call from their child's school asking them to come in.
But that is exactly what happened to one mum, after her daughter hit another pupil.
Posted on the Not Always Learning website, a place where people can anonymously post school-related stories, the mum shared the exchange between her and the principal, which started out with a phone call while she was at work.
When she arrives in the school, she gets the gist of the story, and it is here the mum finds out the reason her daughter hit her fellow pupil: he had pinged her bra, even though she asked him to stop countless number of times.
And once she hears the full story, it is then she, quite rightly, hits back at the school - and stands up for women and girls all over.
Pointing out the obvious, she said that her daughter was acting in self-defence, before threatening the boy with sexual assault if this every happened again.
Well done, mama; we salute you for showing your daughter that unwanted touching from another person is NEVER OK.
