Olympian Amy Williams reveals sweet name she has chosen for her baby

Olympic champion Amy Williams welcomed her second baby earlier this month.

The 36-year-old is already mum to two-year-old Oscar with her husband Craig Ham.

She announced the little ones, who weighed  9lb 4oz, name to HELLO! magazine - and it's Alfie.

She said, ''Oscar has been amazing with him. Every time he goes past the Moses basket he’ll stroke his head and say: 'Hello Alfie'’ and give him a kiss.''

She continued, ''It is wonderful how they already seem to have such a bond. You want to protect them and never want them getting hurt, but if they choose to go off to do some crazy wild stuff, I’d have to understand.''

Amy also revealed that she has qualified as a personal trainer during her maternity leave.

She said, ''I have ten to 15 years of world class-level fitness and performance, so I always wanted to do personal training and now I have qualified. I never want that side of my life to go away. Amy took to Instagram to post the snap of her and Alfie from the magazine, captioning it, ''Had such a lovely day with @HelloMag taking our first family of 4 photoshoot. Can’t wait to see all the photo in this weeks magazine that’s out tomorrow.''

She continued, ''Thanks to the team for making me feel good as an exhausted mummy of a 10 day old (on shoot day) who is seriously lacking sleep!''

Her fans took to the comments to say how happy they were for her.

One said, ''Oh this is beautiful!!! Need little man and tiny man cuddles soon!''

While another wrote, ''You look absolutely beautiful darling.''

Huge congratulations to Amy and her family on their bundle of joy.
