Coronation star Helen Flanagan is a mother of two gorgeous children.

She recently had the second child three weeks ago and had more difficulties than she expected.

Helen’s newborn baby Delilah has been having issues with her health.

Needless to say, the star has been overwhelmed with balancing her three-year-old, Matilda, and caring for her new baby.

Little Delilah has colic, causing frequent fussing and endless crying even though she is in perfect health.

Desperate for help, Helen has turned to her fans and social media for ways to lessen the symptoms of colic and give her tiny daughter some rest.

And the response has been huge! A community of mums reached out to the actress, recommending diets and methods that calmed their own colicky babies.

Helen heeded their suggestions saying that she was going to try ‘to cut out dairy and drink lactose-free milk, cut out spit food, stick to just one coffee and cut down on chocolate.’
