Just days after Gotham stars Morena Baccarin and Ben McKenzie announced that they are expecting a baby, the actress’ estranged husband has made a sensational affair claim against them.
Baccarin and Austin Chick have reportedly just come out of a very bitterly fought legal battle, in which the actress won custody of their one-year-old son.
Since Baccarin and McKenzie went public with their romance this week however, Chick has claimed that the couple got together while he and his wife were ‘still working on their marriage’.
Alleging that Baccarin confirmed she was three-and-a-half months pregnant with McKenzie’s baby back in August, Chick said: “This places the moment of conception right in the first week of June, 2015, the time she was telling me she wanted to work on our marriage and well before we had stopped sharing a bed.”
Chick this weekend admitted that he is now concerned that Baccarin’s pregnancy and new relationship will make for a ‘confusing and unhealthy environment’ for his young son to grow up in.
