The 40-year-old, who has a two-year-old son, Edward, with husband Bill, has been criticised for having a skinny flame and previously admitted that the comments were starting to affect her confidence.
Speaking to People magazine previously, the host slammed those who felt compelled to comment on her body shape, saying: "I'm sorry that some people think I'm disgustingly skinny, as they put it, but there's nothing I can do."
The mum-of-one was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011, and admitted that her medication has played a role in her size, revealing: "I started noticing that I was eating a lot, but not gaining weight at all. I was concerned."
However, clearly enjoying a family holiday in Mexico, Giuliana shared an incredible picture of her standing with her back to the camera looking out over the beautiful view.
Fans were quick to tell the star just how wonderful she looks with one commentator saying: “G, you are a beautiful lady inside and out.”
Guiliana has had to deal with a lot in the past few years, along with battling cancer, the couple lost a baby after their surrogate mum miscarried last year.
