The divorce saga between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continues as the former couple are now fighting for shared custody of their children.

According to TMZ, the Maleficent actress is said to be concerned that Brad is trying to change the temporary agreement which was agreed in September.

Now, the dad-of-six has filed for privacy over their custody battle in order to protect their children - Maddox, 15, Shiloh, 10, Zahara, 11, Pax, 13 and eight-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox - from further hurt.

The documents - which Brad is alleged to have filed on Tuesday at an emergency hearing - were to seal all of the documents.

The terms of the temporary agreement gave 41-year-old Angelina temporary custody of the kids until October 20.

Brad was allowed access to their children once he attended individual and family counselling and participate in random drug and alcohol testing.

Their therapist has apparently said that "unmonitored visits" would not be wise at present, however Angelina, who is said to be relying on the therapists advice, does want the 52-year-old to have unmonitored visits eventually.

Brad was due in court yesterday to discuss the privacy of the documents, but TMZ are reporting that no changes have been requested of the private temporary agreement.

Application for privacy was later denied by the court after Angelina's lawyers claimed Brad was trying protect his reputation, according to Sky News.
