Seven-year-old Zayden Carter always dreamed of visiting Saturn and meeting an alien.

He pictured a red rocket leading him to outer space, where he would get to meet the green alien that lived there.

But when he was just two-days-old, Zayden was diagnosed with congenital heart disease, which means he would never be able to make it to space.

So with a little help from the Make A Wish Foundation, Zayden was able to fulfil his dream, pulling on a space suit and heading off to Saturn.

And with thanks to virtual reality, there was lift off!

The Zayden VII skyrocketed to outer space where Zayden got to see his home on earth, the moon and even meet his green alien when he landed on Saturn.

Zayden’s mum, Shonda Wright, told Inside Edition: “He loves outer space, I asked him what’s outer space, what’s out there, what’s on Saturn? And he said ‘an alien, a green alien'.”

And now Zayden's dream has come true, he can;t wait to do it all over again.

What a trooper. We're so happy Zayden got to fulfil his dream.
