Six-year-old Jimmy Spagnolo was caught on camera jumping around celebrating in front of friends and family, but for what reason?

Jimmy was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour when he was just a teeny tiny four-months-old.

But the little guy is now celebrating; wiggling his way around the hospital in his superman shirt, after ringing a bell at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.

Because little ‘superman’ Jimmy has just finished his last chemotherapy session.

The six-year-old patient is obviously ecstatic, and even pulls up his shirt to drum his tummy!

How cute is this?

The ringing of the bell signals the end of a session round for a patient or a cancer free diagnosis, and this hero has just finished up his fourth round of sessions.

Jimmy still has a tumour, however, due to the chemotherapy it has significantly reduced in size and doctor’s believe the little boy will be able to live with it, as long as it doesn’t grow again.

We think this is the cutest thing we've seen, isn't Jimmy a little superhero?
