Mere days after she exchanged vows with partner Peter Andre, the first photo of Emily MacDonagh on her wedding day has emerged.
The 25-year-old doctor, who is mum to one-year-old daughter Amelia, looked absolutely breathtaking in her traditional white dress with lace detail.
The first photos of the newlyweds were published in the latest issue of OK! magazine, and Emily took the opportunity in the accompanying interview to address the recent pregnancy rumours surrounding her and Peter.
The couple revealed that the reason behind bringing their wedding forward was due to Peter’s father Savvas’ recent health scare – not a pregnancy, as many believed.
“I’m sure everyone’s going to think I’m pregnant – I’m not!” said Emily, adding, “Even my friends asked me. I always wanted to get married this year, so I’m happy.”
The couple described their day as ‘just perfect’, and also went on to reveal that Peter’s children, Junior and Princess, acted as page boy and flower girl, respectively.
Peter and Emily have been together for three years. They welcomed their daughter, Amelia, in January 2014, with Peter popping the question shortly after.
