When Kyle Schwartz asked her pupils to finish the sentence: “I wish my teacher knew...” she was not expecting the heartbreaking responses she got.
Most were sent anonymously, but it seems Kyle’s assignment gave kids a chance to voice something they might have been hiding for a while.
Talking to the Metro, Kyle said she wanted her pictures to be shared to highlight the importance of a student’s voice: "Please shed light on the impact of student voice".
