One teenager has surprised the man who has helped raise her with a Batman v Superman onesie.
However, there’s a very special reason why...
Gifting him a red box, there’s a note on the front going through all the different things the duo have completed together, from getting in trouble to listening to their favourite music:
“I just want you to know that you are the most amazing man I have ever met... you have raised me my whole life, from putting my hair into tight Princess Leia buns to us laughing at cats wearing leggings.”
“I know we are so weird together but that’s what makes you you and I cannot imagine not having you in my life, I am so grateful to be able to call you Dad.”
And when the father-figure opens the box and pulls out a Superman onesie he is over the moon.
So much so, that he wants to wear it straight away.
But there was something special still lying in the box which he hadn’t seen yet, and when he’s told to look back inside, the tears begin to fall.
However, just before he embraces the girl he has helped raise into a beautiful young teenager, he declares:
“I’ve wanted to do this for so long.”
This young girl was about to become his daughter, as she had presented him with adoption papers.
The father-daughter pair are in a whirlwind of emotion, with all friends and family gathered applauding the pair.
