We all tell our children little white lies, and trust us no matter how hard you pretend that you don't, we know deep down you do - it's our survival tactic.
MomSoHard has created a video which reminds us of all the little lies we scatter to our children throughout the day, and we can't believe how cruel we can be at times.
From telling your kids that you'll arrive in five minutes when you have an hour journey ahead of you, to explaining that McDonald's only sell vegetables now, the list is endless.
One of our favourites is when Liz explains she is having a poo when her son calls her - reality? No.
The truth of it, is that this mum is sitting on the toilet reading a magazine and having a drink, it's the only place a mum can get some time out.
And as for hiding our candy from our babies? It is the toughest trick of all time, it's medicine for grown-ups sure!
