Being a good mum isn't easy. But you don't have to be blood related to do a good job with your child.
Just look at the thousands of people who've adopted children around the world, giving them a home, a life and, most importantly, love.
To celebrate this, Leche Nido, a Nestle company, just released a 3-minute film called El Otro Nacimiento (The Other Birth), which has gone viral, garnering some 35,000 shares on Facebook.
In the touching film, we see a couple getting ready for parenthood over a few weeks.
First, we see them in what looks like a doctor's office, suggesting they've just got the good news. That's followed by a get-together where they tell their friends about their exciting news.
Then we see them preparing their future child's bedroom, a step all parents look forward to.
So far, so normal, and we're left in no doubt that this woman must be expecting a little bundle of joy.
However, when the moment of truth finally arrives, in walks a little chap. He's the child that they've just adopted, and they're over the moon.
The wonderful video ends with the message: "Being a mother is something that grows in the heart."
We couldn't agree more, and it seems internet users feel the same.
"My mother was a mother from the heart," wrote one commenter. "Thank you mom and dad for giving me the opportunity to have you as a family."
Another said: "It doesn't matter if it's biological or not, the important thing is to feel it."
Watch the heartwarming video below but have the tissues at the ready.
