Ah, wine. Where would we be without our nightly/weekly/monthly glass of vino? One woman who clearly shares our love is trainer April Storey, who has pretty much given us all workout goals with her recent video.

 

April has become something of an internet sensation, after creating a tongue-in-cheek tutorial that combines two of her great loves in life: working out and wine.

 

Using wine bottles as weights, and enjoying a sip or two as she squats, April has left the internet in stitches with her hilarious ‘wine workout’ montage.

 

“Since today is National Wine Day, I thought it was only fitting to post another Wine Workout – this time focusing on lower body. Lace up your shoes, pour a glass, and let’s celebrate together,” she joked in the caption.

 

For anyone who may be a little concerned, April added: “Disclaimer: always drink responsibly and in moderation.” You know, just in case anyone actually attempted her ‘workout’.

 

As you can imagine, the video has gone down a treat with April’s followers and beyond, with many Facebook users tagging their fellow wine-lovers in the comment section!
