If you’re on the hunt for some fitness inspiration on social media these days, you need look no further than Melanie Sykes’ Instagram page.

The mum-of-two has been busy documenting her experience at the No 1 Boot Camp in Marrakech, and the photos would have even the laziest among us reaching for a kettlebell or two.

While Mel was already in good shape before she arrived at the camp, the presenter said she wanted to get back into peak fitness for the New Year, and it looks like she's managed it...and then some.
 


46-year-old Mel, who gave birth to her first child in 2002 and her second in 2004, endured a gruelling but rewarding week at a camp which claims to help participants lose one lb a day with the help of military fitness exercise.

Mel, who had a bespoke routine created for her dubbed The Melanator, has been sharing her experience online, and followers have been quick to praise the TV presenter for her determination.
 


“Bloody hell girl, you're going to be superwoman doing all this lol,” wrote one while another added: “I would not want to be on the end of one of those whacks. Lethal.”

And while the work-outs look intense, it sounds like Mel had an incredible week, telling fans: "Last day in paradise. Training all morning then flying home. No. 1 Boot Camp has been totally brilliant and all the crew are just the best."
