Toddler’s mum makes hilarious discovery while looking for pet dog

Recently, a video of a dog tucking in his tiny owner went viral around the world, proving just how sweet and beautiful the bond between a child and their pet can be.

 

Now, another woman has proven this once again, by sharing what happened when she went looking for her dog in her home.

 

Kristin Leigh Rhynehart took to her social media channels this month to share a particularly cute finding she made, featuring her daughter Addison and their sweet pet.

 

First, she shared a photo of the pair of “sleep heads” standing on the decking, but the video that followed was absolutely priceless. Not only had Addison decided to go to bed for a nap, but the family dog had decided to join her – underneath the blanket, no less!

 

“That moment you can’t find your dog and you even go outside looking for him…only to walk in the house and find him snuggled up in bed next to your toddler,” she wrote.

 

 

The highly-amused mum added: “People that say ‘money can’t buy happiness’ have never paid an adoption fee. 10 years ago I left a rescue with this little guy and I often wonder…who rescued who? I gave him a home, but he gave me so, so much more.”
