When you welcome a child into the world for the first time, all you can do is vow to nurture them, love them and help them to grow into a good person - but when they're already in trouble with the law inside the womb, you might start to worry!

This was the case for Ellisha Kempton, when her unborn child was hit with an 'eviction notice' by a lawyer - who also happened to be her husband.

Ellisha was eight days past her due date when her husband Jake decided to try and help bring on her labour, and he issued their little one with a hilarious formal eviction notice!

Entitled 'Notice To Quit Premises', the letter read: "You are hereby notified to quit the following described premises: Ellisha Danielle Kempton's tummy, and to surrender possession thereof within twelve hours of service of the notice upon you."

It sounds like the notice worked a treat, because little Pepper Dee Kempton was born shortly after, well within the confines of the 12 hour agreement!

Joking about the letter after it went viral, proud new dad Jake told local media: "I'm thinking I should add this to my firm's services. I think there are a lot of expectant mums out there who would pay good money to get their babies 'evicted'."
