Vogue Williams and husband Spencer Matthews are expecting their first child in August, a baby boy.

The mum-to-be recently opened up about her stance on breastfeeding, saying that she will give it a go but won't put any 'pressure' on herself.

"I'm going to try breastfeeding but again I don't think it works for everybody," the 32-year-old revealed to the Irish Mail on Sunday.

"If it works for me then I'll do it for three or four months if I can - but if it doesn't work then I'm not putting pressure on myself.  I don't think any new mum needs to put pressure on herself."

She continued, "I'll not be going on Mumsnet.  I wasn't breastfed and I turned out all right!  I will give it a go in general."

The Irish model also opened up about her birthing plan, saying that she was hoping to try hypnobirthing techniques to assist her in labour.

The former Stepping Out contestant said that she would prefer natural childbirth, but that an epidural is not out of the question.

The TV personality also revealed where Spencer will be during the birth - at the 'upper end'.

"Oh, I think the upper end is advisable for any partner," she said, "I don't even want to see what happens down there."
