Stains, smudges and splatters feature heavily in the homes of most families because - as much as we might like to wish otherwise - maintaining your abode to a show-home standard simply isn't feasible where you have toddlers, tweens and teens to tend to on a daily basis.
But while we may have a variety of odd marks around our homes, we can safely say we've never been confronted with as unfortunate a household mishap as this poor dad has!
Taking to Reddit in desperate need of advice, a frantic parent uploaded a photograph of what can happen when a toddler leaves frozen strawberries on a wooden table and a desperate parent attempts to remedy the issue with some baking soda and vinegar.
Left with an indisputably phallic-shaped stain on his furniture, the man was forced to turn to his fellow Reddit users for help, writing: "How the heck do I get this out? Any ideas?"
"Will I just need to sand and stain the whole thing?' Bought the table used from someone who'd had it in the family for decades without much upkeep," he wrote in a post which has unsurprisingly garnered A LOT of attention online.
Unfortunately for him, many of his fellow Redditers were feeling a little mischievous, and instead of offering sound advice, suggested he sell it to hipsters, writing: "'You just need to come up with a stupid name for it like "shadow strawberry casual mahogany artisan stool table". The more stupid and nonsensical words the better.'"
If he doesn't get some proper advice soon, that may be exactly what he'll have to do!
