They feel more connected to you
Bringing your child into a part of your life, away from the home, is a great way for them to feel a little bit more connected to you. When you talk about your day, they will understand what you are saying and when you say you had lunch they can visualise where you had it.
They are exposed to the adult world
Kids can live in a small little bubble of school, play dates and afterschool activities, but taking them to your workplace will open their eyes to something more. It can be hard for kids to understand the adult world, but for one day at least, they will feel a part of it.
