Hopeful parents Emma and Stephen Baker had spent £20,000 on failed IVF treatments when they were about ready to give up.

The couple had miscarried an IVF baby in 2014, and suffered another failed attempt just months later.

Thankfully, Emma's mum Joy Mason offered to pay for another, much wanted, round of IVF for her daughter.

That is when a true miracle happened, and nine months later little Benedict Baker was born.

Naturally, the parents were worried when Emma fell pregnant, refusing to get their hopes up for fear that something might happen.

“He’s our miracle and worth every single penny and all the heartache” Emma told Kidspot.

“He’s brilliant. Absolutely wonderful. The best boy. He dotes on his grandmother and she adores him" the happy mum explained.

“He might have been expensive, but he is worth every penny.”

We have to agree, he is absolutely gorgeous.
