While they have had their fair share of ups and downs over the years, many were shocked when they found out that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick had called time on their relationship.

However, while many have claimed that there is no going back after their high-profile split, Kourtney’s mum Kris Jenner has hinted that there may yet be hope of a reconciliation for the former couple.

Opening up in one of her most candid interviews, the 59-year-old told Access Hollywood: “Scott is like my son. He came over yesterday. He was on his way over to see the kids. He’s a great dad. They’ve got things to figure out.”

When pushed as to whether or not Kourtney could forgive Scott’s alleged cheating, Kris added: “I don’t tell her things like that, because I don’t think that’s my place. But my kids were brought up to be very forgiving people. My wish is that, you know, they work it out and figure it out, and we’ll see what happens.”

While Kourtney has yet to publicly acknowledge the split, incriminating photos of Scott caught in a compromising position with an ex-girlfriend made headlines around the world.

Scott and Kourtney, who were together for almost a decade, have three children: five-year-old son Mason, three-year-old daughter Penelope, and nine-month-old son Reign.
