Hilde and Christian had to fly from Norway all the way to Canada when their baby girl Julie made her way into the world. 

 

That’s because Julie was born via surrogacy. A young Canadian woman called Amy carried her for nine months, before handing her over when she finally arrived.

 

Given their struggles to conceive, it was an emotional birth, much of which was caught on camera by talented photographer Genevieve Georget of Fifteen: Fifty-One Photography.
