Just like every other morning, Teresa Stroble was out and about in the early hours picking up children, dropping them off to school on the bus.

But on this particular morning, Teresa had no idea that she was going home a hero on her daily school run in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

The school bus which Teresa was driving, somehow managed to catch fire, leading to the quick thinking woman to safely evacuate 56 students off the bus.

And according to Fox Carolina, she done so in less than one minute!

Superintendant at Spartanburg School District Five, Scott Turner, labelled Teresa a hero after arriving at the scene on his way to work.

The super also confirmed that no one was hurt in the incident:

What an amazing story of courage and quick-thinking from this wonderful woman.

The school district is continuing to investigate the scary incident.
