Locking your keys inside your car is an unfortunate mishap that we have all experienced at some point, but it proved doubly disastrous when it happened to actress Melissa Joan Hart yesterday.
The 38-year-old actress was understandably upset when she discovered that not only had she left her keys in the vehicle, but she had effectively also locked her young son inside on his own.
In photos captured by entertainment website TMZ, the mother-of-three looked visibly shaken as she made an emergency call to AAA and waited for the van driver to arrive to unlock the car.
The former Sabrina the Teenage Witch star, who is married to musician Mark Wilkerson, is mum to sons Mason, Braydon and Tucker.
Perhaps alluding to the incident, Melissa took to Twitter to share the following quote: “If you’re not making mistakes, then you’re not doing anything. I’m positive that a doer makes mistakes. #JohnWooden”.
Poor Melissa, we can imagine how worried she must have been, and can one hundred percent empathise with her.
