Lolliepops

This is a great excuse to embrace your inner child. You’ll make these delicious treats yourself so you’ll HAVE to taste them to make sure they’re just right – it’s only fair. (Through your children are sure to want to help, this recipe is designed for them after all!)
Ingredients:
· 300g marzipan (almond paste)
· 400g chocolate (dark, milk, or white chocolate)
· Little fondant figurines or sprinkles
Equipment:
· Greaseproof paper
· Lollipop sticks
· Biscuit cutters
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Makes: about 15 lollipops
1. Buy some good marzipan from your local bakery or speciality chocolate shop.
2. Roll it between two sheets of greaseproof paper until it is about 8-10mm thick.
3. Using biscuit cutters, cut shapes from the marzipan and place a lollipop stick into each.
4. Holding the stick, dip the lollipops in the tempered chocolate (dark, milk, or white) and decorate as you like, either with fondant figurines or sprinkles (chocolate or coloured).
