After a difficult childhood, Suzannah Ridgway was destined to suffer as an adult. Relationships and parenthood were a struggle because of the issues that had festered since her formative years.

Eventually the pressure became too much; when she was in her 30s, Suzannah's life fell apart.

But where many would have plunged further, Suzannah excavated from deep inside herself a new hope. She saw an opportunity. Suzannah found the tools that could help her rebuild her life, but the years that followed were tough.

However, fast-forward to now (after a lot of soul searching, forgiving and finding strength), Suzannah is an in-demand trainer and counsellor. Passionate, powerful but always calm and compassionate, she helps others through her counselling tagline: You are what you think.

To Tell You My Truth is a memoir and self-help guide, and is beautifully written. Giving you huge insight into her life, from her early days in South Africa to her divorce, Suzannah's storytelling ability pulls the reader in.

Each story has a 'takeaway' section, encouraging you to take stock of your own life, while offering up advice and suggestions.

In her book, Suzannah combines her personal experiences and wisdom with the experiences of clients to show how you too can live a deeply satisfying life - a life in which you are fully you, where you live your life, unapologetically and truthfully, as you.
