However, despite recently tying the knot with her French husband Jean-Bernard, the singer insists that children are not on her radar right now.
Speaking to the Mirror, the 31-year-old said: “Kimberley just had a little boy who I consider a nephew. I don’t need my own right now.”
The star added that the traumas she has suffered in her personal life have given her a fresh perspective, and that her focus is on the people – and pets – that are with her here and now.
“My biggest care outside of work right now is that everyone is happy and healthy. Family, friends, loved ones and dogs. Not necessarily in that order!” she said.
“You could have everything in the world but if you don’t have your health, nothing matters,” she added.
Cheryl surprised everyone back in June, when she announced that she had tied the knot with restaurateur Jean-Bernard, having been officially dating for three months.
The star posted a snap of her impressive engagement and wedding rings to Instagram, with the caption: “I usually do not discuss my personal life but to stop the speculation I want to share my happy news…Jean-Bernard and I married on 7/7/14…We are very happy and excited to move forward with our lives together.”
