After trying all sorts of diets after having my daughter and not being able to stick to any forms of weight loss. I was delighted to be picked for Shake it Slim and thought there was no loss to give it a try. With still holding on to baby weight even with my daughter being 3 years old I was desperate to loss some weight.
When the shakes arrived the packaging was colourful and is something I would pick up and try. After trying the strawberry shakes they were delicious and didn't get boring at all.
As most parents with children and working I constantly skipped meals because of time, these were so easy to make up and consume when ever I had time. I was consuming 2 shakes, 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch with a sensible meal on the evening I was finding that this was filling and very easy to stick to.
I was delighted to find that after doing the shake it slim for 5 days (1 tub) I had lost 6 lb :).
I will definitely carry on with the these and try all flavours. Recommend this to anyone that doesn't have time to have set meals or follows a busy lifestyle.
Thoroughly delighted with the product!
Overall score 9/10
Thanks,
Cassie.

Thanks for letting me take part in this trial - I hadn't heard of Forza Shake it Slim until I saw it on Mummypages. I have tried other meal replacement drinks before, with varying degrees of success.
I try to keep an eye on my weight, but between one thing and another, it always ends creeping back on. Busy life, and limited time for exercising, and then I get so annoyed with myself and lack any motivation to do anything at all.
Starting off a diet is always the difficult part and I find if I have a helping hand, it gets me motivated for the first few weeks and makes it that little bit easier. I've always liked to do these shakes for that reason.
I think the Forza shake is quite pleasant, especially in comparison to other shakes I've tried - I had the strawberry one, and it did exactly what it said on the tin and it was very easy to incorporate in my day to day routine.
Being on a calorie controlled diet is the only way I successfully lose any weight, and with Christmas looming, I'm hoping to be down 5-7lbs. I'll allow myself treats over Christmas and then in the new year, I'll be back on the straight and narrow, I don't want to go into the new year with more weight to lose.
I would recommend to other mums looking to shed a few lbs.

Before the trial I wasn't aware of Forza - never heard of it or any of their products. I trialled the Double Chocolate flavour 'shake it slim' and it tasted nice (ok, it didn't taste like a double chocolate milkshake but I didn't expect it to!).
I'd never tried a meal replacement shake before so I was really surprised that I could have a shake for breakfast and for lunch and not feel hungry. I had enough energy to run after my two little ones without feeling tired or light headed.
I found it really convenient to fit it into my lifestyle. I prepared it in a shaker with milk and would drink it whilst I prepared my little ones meals.
I've been on Forza for two weeks and in that time I've lost 4lbs. I'm really pleased with my loss as I wasn't particularly strict with my evening meal.
I would definitely recommend Forza to those who can't get to the gym regularly and need to lose a bit of weight. I'll definitely be purchasing a tub for after Christmas when I need to lose my Christmas podge!

I’ve been using the Forza shake now for two weeks, I’ve had the strawberry one.
It's very easy to make up & even easier to have during the working week, it took me a few days to get used to not having anything else before my tea.
After a few days I was very excited that I was keeping up with the whole routine. I have tried other brands of shakes before & this one tastes just as nice, no after taste either which is always a plus.
To be honest I would recommend it other women after shedding some pounds as it does work if you stick with it. I’ll continue and hope to achieve more weight loss.

Thank you for letting me trial the all new Shake it Slim product, I was very intrigued when I saw the Twitter feed pop up. I have used their other meal replacement product so I am aware of the brand & products.
I gave the Vanilla Ice Cream shake a whirl. The packaging that it came in I really liked it never stood out in my kitchen as a diet shake.
I decided to start on a Friday after I weighed in at my local slimming group. It was very easy to prepare as I already had a shaker. It tasted of vanilla & I couldn't taste the almond milk I use which is a great plus. It was a little too thick & Powdery for me so I used more milk in the others. The scoop was a life saver.
Fitting this into my day was really easy at first - I could have the 2 shakes during the day, then have a reduced calorie meal. However, the instructions were/are very vague it just says an energy restricted diet. I understand everyone is different but some guidance should help.
I ended up only having the shake in the morning just because that was the easiest option for me. At the end I maintained my weight.
Yes I would recommend this product.

I was picked to trial the summer dreams Shake it Slim and after trying other shake products I was sceptical as to whether I could stick to it.
The product looked attractive in the container and to be honest I couldn't wait to get started. I'd never heard of the brand before so I thought nothing to lose.
I started on the Monday morning and found the shake actually tasted really nice, I then went off to work with a shake for lunch. I found that by about 12 o clock I was actually hungry so had the second shake which lasted me until dinner time.
I wasn't very optimistic that I'd lost weight so to stand on the scales and find out I'd lost 2lb I was really pleased.
I did the trial over 2 weeks and in those 2 weeks I lost around 5lb. I was already a member of a slimming club so just used that to have my evening meal.
I really enjoyed the shake and would be quite happy to use it again although I don't think I could do it long term because it just didn't satisfy me.

I wasn't aware of the Forza brand before I began the trial, so I'd never tried anything they have produced or sold. However I had used another mainstream brand offering a similar product in the attempt of losing weight to help me towards my goal to begin fertility treatment.
I'd previously used Slimfast products - starting with their tinned powder option but opted for their ready made liquid bottles due to convenience and taste.
During the trial I opted for the Double Chocolate flavour. The smell of the product was very artificial and quiet off putting when opening. It didn't taste of chocolate and wasn't nice to drink. I had real problems trying to use the supplement due to its powdery texture and most of all the taste. I tried to mix, whisk and shake it up as much as I could to taste more appealing but failed miserably.
After 3 days I couldn't stomach it any longer, I was dreading having to drink it. It was a real shame as I was really eager to see if it would assist in weight loss. I didn't notice any weight loss, I expect this was down to the short time I used it for. During the days I used it, I was very hungry between shakes, it didn't seem to fill me up enough between breakfast and lunch for example.
I personally wouldn't recommend the product due to my personal experience. So therefore I wouldn't purchase the products in the future. My main reasons are down to the smell and taste.
Thanks for opportunity and for choosing me to take part.

Thank you very much for choosing me to take part. I really enjoyed testing the Shake it Slim.
I tried this just before Christmas, and was so glad I did, it set me up really well for the festive season, in that I was already being careful of what I'm eating, and i also managed to lose a few pounds beforehand.
The shakes are easy to incorporate in your day to day routine, especially if you're a busy mum. I can't say I loved the flavour but then again, it's not the worst one I've had, and it was easy to get used to.
All in all I lost 6lbs, which was brilliant.
Would recommend to other mums if you just need to get back on track. Will use again when I need it.

Yes I’m familiar with the brand but I have never used any of the products is the first time we tested in one of the products which I found was amazing for my son which I tested them while going to firework display the loudness of a firework was reduced sound. I found the product very easy to use adjusting the head and quality is amazing I would hundred percent recommend this product people have a baby or toddler. I know that as CE safety proof is good quality and good for a child.if I had to give us a return I would mark our 10

Baby Albie, 18 weeks, tested these out last night at our local firework display. Can't praise them enough! Super easy to put on and adjust. Baby showed no signs of being in the least bit bothered about wearing them. Before the firework display there's a procession through town with floats and bands. We were stood in a great spot for each of the entrants to stop - including a Caribbean marching band, which was so loud. Albie didn't bat an eyelid, in fact we'd only been watching for a few minutes when despite the noise baby fell fast to sleep! Exact same with fireworks. Huge explosions, my 3 year old really wasn't too keen, yet baby again went to sleep! I'll definitely be using these again - and investing in some for our older son. 10/10

Tomos 3months. - We trialed these Apline Muffy Baby earmuffs over the last week. When they arrived I was excited, I’m not familiar with the brand and haven’t used the products before. I opened the package and was pleased they looked a good quality and also easy to use and adjust. We tried them on for size and they looked good baby was happy and not bothered about them on him. I was looking forward to trailing these earmuffs as our family do a lot of motorsport. Especially motocross my baby’s daddy, uncles, aunty and cousins all race motorbikes every Sunday and we were desperateto bring Tomos, however I have always worried about the noise. So we have avoided going until now! The earmuffs were great, I was thinking the bikes might scare him but he didn’t bat an eyelid ear at them revving by, even dosing off while one of the races were going on! In the evening there was a firework display which meant we was well prepared for and was able to attend due to having the earmuffs in the travel bag.Overall I'm more than pleased and have recommended to all my friends and family

When the ear muffs arrived I was really excited to try them, they looked super comfortable and the band looked like it would fit really nice. We have been using another type for our trips to the football but they seem tight. Unfortunately we struggled with these. My baby, almost 8 months, wasn't impressed when we were trying to adjust the strap to fit him and it didn't seem like they were tight enough to create a protective seal on the ears. We will try again and maybe adjust them before going to the football. They look nice and I like the idea but they were a bit fiddly.

Tried these for my 22 month old little girl for the fireworks. They were super! Found them a little tricky at first to get the correct position on her head, but once they were set in position they worked really well. They appeared comfortable for her and she was more than happy to wear them. They do not fully block out sound but they reduce the loudness which is what we wanted. I like that they come with 2 different coloured straps and with a nice handy bag to store them. Overall I would give them 9 out of 10 and definetly recommend to others with babies and small children :)

My 19 month old son loves these. He clearly finds them comfortable as he continuously asks to wear them around the house. They have also worked well for my 5 month old little girl, who once again was more than happy to wear them. We found them easy to adjust and perfect for a carol concert for my youngest. My only slightly negative point is they are so easy to unclip to adjust that my son has worked it out and keeps taking them apart. Saying that, I don’t have a better suggestion to resolve this!
I have heard of Alpine although wasn’t aware they made earmuffs, but see them as a trusted brand from what I know of them. I would definitely recommend these earmuffs!
