Creating a post office in your home is a good way to encourage your children to write letters and practice their handwriting.

What You’ll Need:
Shoebox
Paper
Scissors

The Game:
  • Carefully cut a slit into the lid of the shoebox. Cover the box in white paper and decorate to look like a post box. Letters can be easily removed by lifting the lid.
  • Create envelopes out of paper by folding three of the corners into the centre of the page and securing with tape.
  • Design your own stamps and tape them to the front of the envelopes.
