Experience the fun atmosphere of County Donegal in Dublin City this weekend at Donegal Live. The event takes place this Sunday 22nd of May at the Iveagh Gardens from 12pm – 6pm. Members of the public are invited to come and join the celebrations for a day of free fun and all things Donegal.
A host of Donegal artists are lined up to take entertain the crowds, along with some well known personalities from the county. There will be food, music, crafts, and activities on the day along. Local will be there to entertain you including Mickey Joe Harte, The High Kinds, The Donegal Tenors and Moya Brennan. Céilai Dancing, The Perfect Mix and the Ragus Dancers will be also perform. There will be lots of delicious food for you to enjoy and there will even be balloon modellers to keep the kids happy.
While enjoying the local talent you can also learn all about Donegal by visiting over 20 interactive stands. You can find out the best places to play golf, the key fishing spots, where you can go hill walking, as well as where to stay, eat and shop.
