Corrinne Gamble is a practising independent/private midwife, specialising in attending women who choose to birth at home. She has worked in the NHS for many years, both as a hospital and community midwife.
As a mother, she has experienced both consultant unit birth and home birth, and has come to believe passionately in women’s rights to choose their place of birth and care provider.
In Corrinne's experience, women who labour at home have generally better experiences and feel more empowered by their innate ability to birth without interference.
