Family doesn’t look forward to Father’s Day... until something unexpected happened

 

For the first time in a very long time the Lanphere family weren’t looking forward to the annual Father’s Day holiday.

 

Three months previously his father walked out on their family, leaving them in limbo.

Ethan expected the day to be quite solemn, but little did he know it was going to be one of the best days of his life.

 

When the 18-year-old arrived downstairs on Father’s Day he was greeted by a card – a Father’s Day card.

Ethan’s nine-year-old brother made him a card that was filled with the most eye-watering message one could read:

 

“You are the person I look up to; you have been my influence to make me a good person.”

Jackson wanted his big brother to know that he’ll forever be the nine-year-old’s hero.
