It’s been revealed that former Spice Girl, Emma Bunton, and radio presenter, Jamie Theakston, are lending their voices to Disney’s new animation film, Planes 2: Fire and Rescue.
 
The Heart Breakfast radio show hosts, star as Pick-up Truck (Jamie Theakston) and Lady Car (Emma Bunton) for Disney’s latest flick.
 
Planes 2: Fire and Rescue is a jam packed adventure comedy, where a dynamic crew of elite firefighting aircrafts are devoted to protecting historic Piston Peak National Park from a raging wildfire. 
 
The sequel also features Bear Grylls, who has taken on the role of ‘Avalanche’, one of the fun-loving smoke jumpers in the Disney animation. The action man hero gets to show off his comedic talents and had great fun recording the role, saying “it was a huge honour having Disney ask me to do it, I have been a huge Disney fan as a kid and I am now a renewed Disney fan as I have got three young boys who all love it”.
 
Planes 2: Fire & Rescue flies into Scottish cinemas in 3D today and across the rest of the UK on August 8th.
