Known for speaking her mind, Mary Kennedy really upped the ante recently when she spotted her granddaughter Chloe Gallacher’s new Twitter profile picture.
The 70-year-old Scottish woman didn’t hold her tongue for a second, writing beneath the snap: “How stunning would you be if you lost wight [sic].”
Shocked, poor Chloe responded with “Dunno whether to laugh or cry right now,” joking that “there’s nothing like a wee self-confidence boost eh?”
Friends took to the post to reassure the pretty teen that she looked fab, but Chloe was more concerned about her gran.
“She got quite upset because she thought people were taking it as if she was being nasty,” she told The Sun.
“I didn’t think anything of it, my nanas always like that and doesn’t hold back,” she said, adding that “she’s some woman.”
Mary is now being dubbed ‘Scotland’s most savage gran.’ No better woman for the title!
