The actor, best known for his role as Zack on Nineties sitcom Saved By The Bell, is expecting another child with his wife Catriona McGinn.
The couple welcomed their first child together, a son named Dekker Edward, in October 2013. Mark also has two children from a previous relationship, 8-year-old Ava Lorenn and 10-year-old Michael Charles.
Aside from some minor changes to their house, Mark admits that he and Catriona are already well prepared for their next arrival. "It’s something we’re really excited about and we’ve been planning for a while," he told People magazine.
"We’re doing some tweaks to the house and some things to prepare for the room... But we’re old pros at this now. How do you prepare other than get as much sleep as you can?"
Despite the chaos of a packed house, Mark says he loves the thought of having more children. "I love big families. There’s nothing better than a happy child,” he said. "Children make life better — not at the beginning — but as they sleep through the night, that makes life better."
