We heard the talented singer went into labour earlier in the week and now it's been announced that the couple welcomed their second child last night in Barcelona.
The Colombian superstar was admitted to hospital two days ago and gave birth to a baby boy by Caesarean section at around 7pm local time. We don't know the name yet but we're looking forward to hearing it.
This is the lucky couple's second child together. Two-year-old Milan was born in the same hospital back in 2013.
Just last week, Shakira showed off her blossoming baby bump in an Instagram picture, as part of UNICEF's World Baby Shower project. That woman just has so much energy!
