He has come in for great praise over the years for how he helped his sons through the loss of their mother, and now Jeff Brazier is to share his wisdom with the world.

The 37-year-old presenter, who has two children with the late Jady Goody, is set to release a ‘grief survival guide’ later this year.

Jeff, who is dad to 13-year-old Bobby and 12-year-old Freddie, has documented his experience and advice in The Grief Survival Guide: How to navigate loss and all that comes with it.

The book will hit shelves on June 29 this year, and will provide ‘solid, practical advice’ for those who have lost a loved one.

The subject is particularly close to Jeff’s heart. Not only did his sons lose their mother at just six and five years of age, respectively; but Jeff also lost his father, Stephen, in a boat accident.

Talking about his new book, Jeff said he is sharing his advice and tips ‘as someone who has been there’.

“Writing this book has brought me a privileged view not only of grief in its entirety but how we react as humans when processing loss.

“There’s the value of grief which differs from one person to the next, then vitally, there’s what we personally add to it or what the grief combines with, that ultimately decides which journey through grief we experience,” he explained.
