We have witnessed some incredibly powerful moments in recent times over the internet, and this has to be one of the most heart-warming of all.

A photo showing a 101-year-old woman meeting her great-granddaughter has gone viral, after being uploaded by an Arizona woman.

Sarah Hamm captured the stunning moment that her grandmother, Rosa Camfield, cradled her two-week-old daughter Kaylee Rowland, and sent it over to Even Patrick Quinn of the social media network Life of Dad.

Since being uploaded, the photo has inspired the network’s readership to capture their own beautiful moments, with Quinn admitting that Sarah’s image has really struck a chord.

“People were really drawn to the image for reasons we didn’t foresee. They thought of all of the things this woman has seen and lived through in her lifetime and imagined how her experiences will shape the life of the baby just starting her own journey,” Quinn told The Huffington Post.

He revealed that that highest age gap they have come across from the photos that have been flowing in was 112 years.

What an absolutely beautiful moment to have captured.
