New Year’s resolution ideas for your little ones to try this year

We’re already into the second week of the New Year and if you haven’t thought about resolutions with your children, now is a great time to start.

January is the perfect time to challenge ourselves, and that includes our children.

While many may see the New Year as a chance to start a new fitness journey, give up alcohol or plan to read 50 books in the upcoming 12 months, it’s also an opportunity to encourage our children to set their own age-appropriate goals.

Depending on the age of your little one at home, you can explain to them the concept of a resolution and ask them if there’s anything they wish to accomplish in particular for 2024.

If they’re stuck for ideas, check out  our list of New Year’s resolutions below and help them work towards a new target.
