Morning sickness is an almost unavoidable part of pregnancy and most mums-to-be appreciate any advice they can get when trying to remedy the symptoms.
So we're sure former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan will be grateful to know that The Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge has her best interests at heart at the moment.
Frankie, who is currently expecting her second baby, suffered from severe morning sickness during her first pregnancy and has offered Helen a little advice in this department.
Writing in her OK! column, the 26-year-old singer commented on Helen's current struggles, saying: "I saw Helen Flanagan was using lollipops to get on top of her morning sickness."
Eager to help her fellow mum-to-be, Frankie wrote: "My advice to Helen is not to eat your favourite things or you might not ever be able to eat them again."
Speaking from experience, the singer admitted that her approach to morning sickness didn't work the first time around, saying: "With Parker I just ate anything that had ginger in to try and feel better. The problem with that is I've been put off ginger for life because it reminds me of feeling ill."
Frankie unfortunately didn't avoid morning sickness this time around either, but the upbeat star has managed to return to exercise classes and knew not to overdo it.
Discussing her return to gym, the singer said: "Last week I felt well enough to have my first pilates class and gym session since Strictly Come Dancing. I didn't want to push myself too hard and I hate running anyway, so I just jumped on a bike for 20 minutes, did a couple of weights and leg squats."
We're so glad to hear Frankie is feeling better!
