The day after being declared the Sexiest Female at the Inside Soap awards, pregnant Jacqueline Jossa had a gender reveal party for her unborn baby – but didn’t quite reveal the answer to her fans.
Jacqueline posted a picture to Instagram earlier, featuring a purple cake surrounded by pick and blue cupcakes and the first scan of her baby.
Both iced on the cake and captioning the photo are the words, “twinkle twinkle little star, how we wonder what you are? #pink or #blue”
This sort of cake has become standard for people wanting to announce their unborn baby’s gender in a cute way. The idea is that you cut into the cake, which has been coloured either pink or blue, revealing the gender to the party guests.
A few hours later Jacqueline posted a picture of her and boyfriend Dan Osborne holding up a slice of cake – in black and white.
Ugh. That’s just annoying.
Jacqueline, who plays Lauren Branning on EastEnders, is expecting her first child with Dan, who stars on The Only Way is Essex. The couple announced they were expecting in August, and their baby is due in early 2015.
